- An active resident is anyone who has participated in at least one game session in the current billing cycle. Residents who move out or become inactive are not counted against your limit.
- Can I add more staff admin accounts?
- Yes. Each additional staff admin account costs $49/seat/month, available on any plan.
- What happens if I need more than 15 tablets?
- Additional managed tablets beyond the 15 included are $10/month each. Premium plan includes unlimited tablets.
- Are there any setup fees?
- No. Vitality Play has no setup fees, no contracts, and no hidden charges. You can cancel anytime.
- Do you offer themed game packs?
